Overview:

Due to growth, we are now recruiting a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Mill Valley, CA.

Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 24 hours of availability per week will also be considered. 40 hours per week are available.

Position Highlights:

  • Collaborative PT team that shares ideas for treatment plans and exercise progression. Everyone supports each other.

  • Awesome patient population(age 8 to 90) that are compliant and looking to get better and stronger
  • PTs are encouraged to see between 11-13 patients per day while working with an aide. Dedicated 30 minutes of documentation time after the am and pm shifts. Rarely have PTs work through their lunch or stay beyond the end of their shift.
  • Training program that allows slow buildup of schedule
  • Dedicated Admin and Billing Team allow the PT to focus on what they do best: treat patients, not burden of dealing with scheduling, insurance companies, or other admin duties.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, sports, pre and post-operative patients along with many types of fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention. The PT hired should expect to see 11-13 patients per day.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate empathic team-player with skills in manual therapy. New grads are welcome and provided with a structured 6-month mentorship program. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time or part-time position. PTs typically work a few late shifts (10am-7pm) and a few early shifts (7am-4pm). On Fridays the clinic closes at 6pm. There is a rotation (about once every 10-12 weeks) to provide coverage on Saturday mornings.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary starts at $85,000 per year and goes up with experience and specialty certifications.

Job Requirements:

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).

Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

Prior experience is not required. New Grad PTs are welcome.

Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction.
