Overview:

Due to growth, SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Cedarburg, WI. Full-time availability is preferred. 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with 20+ hours per week of availability will also be considered.

Coverage is needed at the Cedarburg and Mequon clinics. Future coverage is needed to help us grow at our exercise facility at Prairie’s Edge development in Port Washington, looking out over Lake Michigan.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills and able to build relationships with patients. 2-3 years of outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

New-grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The caseload is primarily outpatient orthopedics. Dry needling certification is strongly preferred. Candidates interested in Pelvic Health are encouraged to apply. Patient care is 1:1. The clinician hired will provide direct supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 8-10 patients per day.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay for this full-time position is in the range of $40-$45 per hour depending on experience. The ability to move to salary status is available, as well as options topurchase business stock.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8 am - 6 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is available to meet the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays! Part-time hours are also available.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred. New grad PTs will be considered.
