Bone & Joint is expanding and seeking full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedic positions in Plover, WI . Join a respected team where PTs are highly valued, working directly with patients 1-on-1 throughout their entire treatment sessions. Caseload / Patient Population: Patient-centered care:
Each PT works directly with their patients for the entire session—no aides or doubling patients. Primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care . All ages seen, with regular collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient care. Patient Scheduling:
Approx. 53 patients/week with 45-minute treatment sessions (including evaluations). Physical Therapists average 9-10 patients/day , accounting for cancellations. Work Hours: Full-time position with no weekends or holidays.
Clinic hours are 7 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday . Variable hours available, promoting work-life balance . Job Requirements: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing). Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Full-time preferred , but candidates with 32 hours/week availability will also be considered.
