Overview:

Due to growth, RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates Inc. is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in San Leandro, CA.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, pre and post-operative patients along with many types of fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention.

Our ideal candidate is a confident team player with skills in manual therapy and a Pilates-based emphasis. Pilates training is helpful, but not required. Mentorship is available. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time or part-time position. Candidates with a minimum of 24 hours per week of availability will also be considered. Full-time hours are available. The clinic is open Monday – Friday from 9 am-6 pm. Clinic hours are flexible based on patient needs. Enjoy excellent work/life balance within this position. If interested in part-time, the position will include working a minimum of 3 days a week for 8 hours per day. Working a four-day-per-week schedule is possible.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).

• Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist. California Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Licensed Applicants will be considered.

• Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

• Prior experience is not required. New Grad PTs are welcome.

• Fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required.
