Overview:

Due to growth, Orthopedic & Spine Therapy is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for one of their outpatient clinics located in Brillion or De Pere, Wisconsin, based on the preferences of the candidate hired.

The caseload is mostly general orthopedics and some pelvic health. The intention is to grow the pelvic health caseload over time.

Full-time hours of 40 per week are available. The schedule is flexible to accommodate working 4 or 5 days a week. No weekends / No holidays. Full-time is preferred, however candidates with part-time availability will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The patient population for this role is general orthopedics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with orthopedics, treating hips, knees, and shoulders, and treating pelvic health cases. PTs should expect to see 11-14 patients per day. Sessions are 1 hour for evals and 40 minutes for follow-ups. PTs have the ability to pursue passion projects based on areas of professional interest.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for full-time starts at $75,000 per year. Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• No experience is required. New grad PTs are welcome.

• Must have an interest in Pelvic Health caseload.
