  • Maintain a safe clinical environment

  • Develop a plan of care based on physician's orders and evaluation findings

  • Perform patient evaluation, including all pertinent tests and measurements appropriate for required documentation in a timely manner

  • Review patient records for current diagnosis, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications

  • Communicate, in a timely manner, with other health care professionals

  • Adhere to billing compliance standards

This position requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

VIEW JOBS 8/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-14T00:00 Health Connect America, a progressive Behavioral Health Care Company, seeks candidates to lead and facilitate our Intensive Outpatient Program, primarily treating substance abuse in adults and adolescent populations in a group setting. Position is located in our Culpeper region, and is initially part time, late afternoon/evening work. Position may become full time depending on client census and growth of program. General duties include: leading the the outpatient group process, meeting with clients and families individually as needed; and documenting services. QUALIFICATIONS: At minimum, possession of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field with at least 5 years intern/work experience in substance abuse treatment and recovery process required. Master's Degree in the human service field (or LADAC) preferred with a focus on substance abuse treatment with intern/work experience in substance abuse treatment and recovery process. Experience in leading group therapy services required. Successful applicant must undergo comprehensive background check, and must have valid driver's license with safe driving record.
