Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our premier health system's outpatient clinic in the serene town of Towanda, PA. Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, document progress, and communicate with referring providers.
• Education: Provide education to patients and families for continued functional independence. Participate in professional development activities.
• Compliance: Adhere to federal and state guidelines, professional organizations' standards, and facility policies.
• Productivity: Meet or exceed organizational productivity standards in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy (or foreign equivalent).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• BLS Certification required.
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
