Responsibilities

Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate patients' condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional mobility.
• Assist patients in improving balance, coordination, and posture.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

Occupational Therapist:

• Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living and develop specialized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, and functional independence.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipments and modifications to facilitate patient's independence.
• Teach patients compensatory techniques and strategies to maximize functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
• Document patients' progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Stay current with advances in occupational therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Physical Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
• Continuing education and professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Occupational Therapist:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Licensure or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
