This role will split between two outpatient clinics in Lexington and Thomasville.The physical therapist provides skilled physical therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program, required.

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Appropriate state PT license, required.
