Physical Therapist (PT)
For the 24-25 School Year
Position Summary: The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a student's progress toward achieving functional goals.
Basic Requirements:
Master's degree in physical therapy from an educational program approved and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or must have met the equivalency education requirements for eligibility to sit for the licensure examination.
Knowledge and skills to care for the physical and developmental needs of the students who will be receiving services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas.
Ability to physically move throughout all district buildings and campus locations.

De Soto, "The City of Pride", has a population of 6,375 and is located in the southeastern part of Missouri, approximately 45 miles south of St. Louis.

Salary: Starting at $44,000, for a Master's Degree with no previous experience. The district will provide credit for up to 10 years of experience + 1 for every 2 after that in a school setting. 24-25 Teacher Salary Schedule
