Overview:

Propel Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team, providing concierge PT services at clients' preferred locations. The successful candidate will deliver community-based outpatient services in Monmouth and/or Ocean Counties, covering 1-2 territories. These territories can be tailored to the candidate’s needs and will typically involve travel distances averaging less than 10 minutes between clients. Additionally, the hired clinician may have the opportunity to lead Rock Steady Boxing classes within the community as part of their caseload.

The candidate hired will also have the opportunity to assist with group wellness program development and educational events within the community as part of their caseload. These classes may be part of our main Parkinson's program, including Rock Steady Boxing, or a new class based on the interests of the candidate hired. This is a unique opportunity for PTs who are tired of the traditional red tape normally required within their caseload and interested in the wellness side of PT. Creativity is welcomed and encouraged, as is thinking outside the box.

The full-time or part-time position includes a robust mentoring program. At a minimum, we're looking for someone who has the availability to work 25 hours per week. 40 hours per week is preferred. Flexible scheduling is a perk of this position. Most clinicians work Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. However, we encourage you to flex your schedule to meet your work-life needs. Holidays are not required, and weekend days are rarely needed. If weekends better fit your schedule, they are available as an option for flexing time.

The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary neuro rehab team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients. Our adult caseload is balanced between neuro and ortho.

Job Requirements:

• Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR Certified
• New Grad PTs are welcome to apply for our new grad mentorship program, however, they must have completed neuro and/or ortho clinical experience in the rehabilitation setting
• Full-time is preferred. Must have a minimum of 25+ hours of availability per week
