Physical Therapist - License Required

Location: Propel Rehabilitation & Wellness
Territories: Monmouth and/or Ocean County, NJ

Overview:

Propel Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team, providing concierge PT services at clients' preferred locations in Monmouth and/or Ocean Counties. You will deliver community-based outpatient services, covering 1-2 territories with flexible scheduling tailored to your needs. Travel distances are typically less than 10 minutes between clients. There’s also an exciting opportunity to lead Rock Steady Boxing classes within the community and develop wellness programs.

This position is ideal for PTs who enjoy autonomy, creativity, and working on the wellness side of physical therapy. The caseload includes a balance of neuro and ortho patients, and there is no red tape!

Whether full-time or part-time, the position includes a mentoring program. We require a minimum of 25 hours per week, with 40 hours per week preferred. Most clinicians work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, but flexible scheduling is available to accommodate work-life balance. Holidays are not required, and weekends are rarely needed, though weekend work is an option if preferred.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary neuro rehab team, treating patients in a 1:1 personalized setting with real-life experiences in the patient’s home environment.

Job Requirements:

• Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR Certification
• New grads are welcome to apply for the mentorship program, but must have completed neuro and/or ortho clinical experience
• Full-time preferred, with a minimum of 25+ hours per week availability
