We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist at our Outpatient Physical Therapy office in Punta Gorda, FL, who wants to make a difference in their community and is eager for a change of pace, more work-life balance, and an opportunity to grow!

Compensation Package

• Up to $85,000 Per Year (Based on Experience)
• Unlimited Internal CEUs
• Health Insurance Monthly Stipend
• 2 to 3 Weeks Of Paid Time Off
• 6 Paid Federal Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Full-Time Monday Through Friday (Flexible Hours)
• Working with all Diagnoses from Traditional Orthopedics, to Balance, and Even Pelvic Health- Training Offered! 
• Working with Adults to Geriatric Patients
• Using S4PT Electronic Medical Record (EMR)- Training Offered
• 100% Outpatient Opportunity
• 100% 1 on 1 Medicare Patient Care- 40 Minute Blocks
• Seeing Approximately 15 Patients Per Day
• Laptop Provided for Documentation

Requirements

• New Graduates Accepted!
• A Clear and Active Florida PT License Required
