This is a full- time (64 hours per pay period) position with 4 weekend requirements/month and is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego. You will float to our sister hospital in Chula Vista as needed.

Join the rehabilitation team at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in Hillcrest as an inpatient Occupational Therapist, and partner with our dynamic team at this Level 1 Trauma Center to engage with a wide variety of patients. This diverse team is dedicated to professional growth and improvement and is looking for someone who will put themselves in the patient's shoes and help us continue to provide the best patient experience possible.
The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education to patients and clients through a continuum of care according to the therapist's respective licensure/registration/certification, Code of Ethics, Federal/State regulations, JCAHO/UMQC and Care Center policies and procedures. They perform competencies as outlined in Rehabilitation Services Competency Assessment tools and demonstrate age specific care as established for area and job title.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of California
Current BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association

Position Pay Range: $49.22-$73.85/hour
