We are looking for a Physical Therapist with the Wound Care Center at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Work Schedule: On call/Per Diem
Shift: 8 Hour - Days
The staff Physical Therapist II serves primarily in a patient care capacity plus completes additional duties. General clinical responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, documentation, team communication and participation in discharge planning.
Additional responsibilities may include assignments in management and administrative functions, personnel supervision and/or clinical education. The Physical Therapist II participates in programmatic inservice training, clinical education programs, provides family training, and performs duties as assigned by the Department Manager to promote optimal patient care and program functioning.
