Physical Therapist II - Part-Time, Saint Luke's South Hospital

Job Description

This position is for Outpatient Rehab. Evaluates clients after impairment, injury or disease.

Plans, designs, and implements individualized physical therapy treatment programs. Interventions may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional retraining, use of thermal and electric modalities, gait training, and use of various other training and retraining skills. Re-evaluates clients to determine effectiveness of interventions and contributes to discharge planning.

Supervises treatment provided by students or physical therapist assistants, and recommends client care interventions to other members of the health care team. Delegates and instructs supportive personnel in services to be provided. Serves as a clinical resource and coordinates the student program.

Schedule: 24 hours per week

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
