Position#Summary Conducts physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standards of physical therapy, physician#s referral and physical therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates infants, toddlers and children; develops appropriate treatment plans. Provides developmentally appropriate, therapeutic interventions. Completes thorough and accurate evaluation reports and ongoing daily session notes and progress#reports. Maintains acceptable levels of clinical productivity; submits billing accordingly. Counsels and educates patient, family and/or caregiver regarding treatment goals and progress. Communicates with other essential medical and community/school personnel. Maintains personal knowledge and skill levels and contributes to enhancing that of colleagues.
