Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR

• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Based on Graduation Year) OR

• D.P.T from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Based on Graduation Year)

• California Physical Therapist License upon hire

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

• Home Health experience
• 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
