This position is for a Physical Therapist to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Summerville, SC area, billed as Medicare Part B. The PT will work with the geriatric population, providing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Full-time positions are also available with flexible scheduling options.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
• Eligible for South Carolina licensure
• For PRN/Per Diem, a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability are required
