Position Overview:

A growing healthcare organization in South Carolina is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based outpatient therapy services in Columbia, SC. This position offers flexibility, allowing for full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling. The ideal candidate will work with the geriatric population, delivering direct patient care (Medicare Part B) in patients' homes. For PRN/Per Diem positions, a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability are required.
