Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join an Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Foster City, California. This full-time role is all about helping patients regain movement, manage pain, and improve their overall function through hands-on therapy and tailored rehabilitation plans.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary:
  $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

strong>Your Role:

• Work with 1–2 patients per hour, focusing on personalized treatment.
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document care accurately in WebPT and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Key Duties:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for patient care.
• A positive and engaging approach to rehabilitation.
