We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient practice located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive team environment.

Hours: M to F 9-5 pm

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide hands-on therapy and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills and ability to develop exercise programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Compassionate, patient-oriented approach to therapy.
