Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient | California

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in West Menlo Park, California. This position involves assisting patients in restoring movement, alleviating pain, and enhancing function through direct therapy and customized rehabilitation programs.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary:
  $120,000 – $130,000 annually + Full Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care, treating 1–2 patients per hour.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to enhance movement and reduce discomfort.
• Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation in WebPT and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to patient-focused care.
• A proactive and engaging approach to rehabilitation.
