Physical Therapist

FOX Staffing Network is an industry leader in connecting Physical Therapists with local school districts on a temporary part time or full time basis. The primary purpose of the Physical Therapist will be to provide therapy to children with disabilities at their school or home setting. The Physical Therapist is expected to create and carry out treatment plans and evaluate the needs of students.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of services to school aged children.

· Manage schedule to maximize IEP compliance (i.e., see all students on caseload per schedule)

· Write daily and quarterly progress reports on progress toward IEP objectives

· Write progress notes for case reviews and special meetings

• Develops and reviews patient care plans.
• Participates in clinical quality assurance initiatives
• Provides patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation

Requirements:

· Physical Therapist License (NYS)

· 1 year experience in clinical pediatric environment preferred, but not necessary.

· NYSED Fingerprint clearance
