This is a full-time Physical Therapist opening at Empower Physical Therapy in Salem, OR. Outpatient Ortho / Work Related Injuries. Opportunity to work four 10-hour days for maximum work/life balance. Schedules run 7:00 am- 6:00 pm. A mentorship program is available and new grads are encouraged to apply.

Overview:

Empower Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice that prides itself on employee satisfaction. While many clinics across the country are squeezed for profit.

Our unique occupational health environment allows us to practice physical therapy the right way, allowing PTs to treat patients one-on-one and chart during the workday. We understand that you have a life outside of work and we are extremely flexible when it comes to schedule and travel plans.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 7 am-6 pm. The work schedule for this opening will be mutually determined. Enjoy excellent work/life balance! The opportunity is available to work four 10-hour days with 3-day weekends.

Caseload:

The caseload for this position is general outpatient orthopedics/worker’s comp.

Physical Therapists have the opportunity to pursue passion projects within specialties to help define their caseload. Tailor this position to meet your needs & interests!

Job Requirements:

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).

Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Work with a positive attitude as a team player in collaboration with staff.

No experience required! New grad PTs are welcome. Mentorship program available.
