Qualifications:BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification
American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Direct Access Certification (Physical Therapy) - Certification
Other/National, Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license
North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT), Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license
