Pay Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! $30/hr to $40/hr + Monthly Incentive + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.

Shift: Full-Time, Monday- Friday- Flexible hours!

We currently have an opening for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Milpitas clinic. The PTA will work directly with patients to teach them different functional tasks and exercises intended to strengthen or stretch muscles, as well as alleviate pain.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Follow individualized care plans for each treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
• Grow relationships with staff and the community.
• Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
