The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care in a long-term care (LTC) setting and will be comfortable working under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans designed by the supervising physical therapist. Provide direct therapy services to patients, including therapeutic exercises, functional training, and mobility exercises. Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary under the direction of the physical therapist. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to aid in the continuation of therapy outside of scheduled sessions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is provided. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards in the delivery of care. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Required. Active Texas PTA license or Compact State license

• Required. Experience working in a long-term care (LTC) setting

• Preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
