Overview:

Due to growth, Momentum Physical Therapy & Wellness is now hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient- Pain Relief and Recovery focused position in Mount Pleasant, SC. Part-time hours, 16 hours per week, are available.

The PTA hired will work two days per week. Monday / Thursday is ideal. Working on Tuesday / Thursday is also a possibility.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work with a variety of diagnoses. The vast majority of the caseload is relief and recovery from pain. The clinic provides patients with freedom from pain when nothing else works.

The PTA hired will see in the ballpark of 12 patients per day.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position to work 2 days per week. Monday / Thursday is the ideal work schedule. Candidates looking to work on Tuesday / Thursday will also be considered. No weekends / No holidays. Enjoy excellent work/life balance.

The actual work schedule is flexible depending on clinic needs, staff availability, and the preference of the candidate hired.

The clinic hours are set-up so that the first patient is seen at 8:15am and the last patient starts at 6pm. There is either a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch break.

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Therapists Assistant are paid a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

The pay for this position will start in the ballpark of $28-$30 per hour.

This position includes a 401k retirement plan to be available starting 3 months after date of employment.

Job Requirements:

Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Eligible for South Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Prior experience is desired but not required. New Grad PTAs are welcome.

Prior administrative or front desk experience is preferred.

Some prior personal training experience is preferred.

Must be available to work part-time hours.
