For the Physical Therapist we offer the following compensation package:

• $60,000 to $70,000 Annual Salary (PAY PER VISIT MODEL)
• Mileage Reimbursement - .44 Per Mile
• Health Insurance- Stipend Offered After 90 Day Introductory Period.
• Dental Insurance- Offered After 90 Day Introductory Period.
• 10 Days of PTO- Accrues on 1st Day of Employment- Available after 90 Day Introductory Period and once accrued accrued.
• 7 Days- Personal- Floating
• Paid Holidays- 6 Holidays per year after the 90 Day Introductory Period.
• 401K Retirement Package with Employer Match
• iPad Provided for Documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care and treatment.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of the physical therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home exercise programs
• Assist with patient transfers, gait training, and mobility exercises
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound
• Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

• Required- Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed in the State of Virginia 
• Preferred- 1 + Years of Experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Preferred
• Required- 1 Year of clinical experience within a hospital, rehab or long-term care setting.
• Required- Active and Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• Required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Providing care to 5 - 7 Patients Per Day- 34 Points Per Week
