Physical Therapist Assistant Wanted Seeking a licensed PTA or registered Physical Therapist Assistant to provide comprehensive treatment to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Job Description We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.

As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing comprehensive treatment to patients according to state practice guidelines • Assisting PT in identifying patients for rehabilitation and referring them accordingly • Documenting patient progress on weekly progress notes and obtaining PT co-signature • Ensuring MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges • Completing all required documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines About Us Renewal Rehab is a leading provider of rehabilitation services with over 30 years of industry experience.
