• Deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.

• Assess new patients and establish care plans.

• Set clear, functional goals for treatment and patient education.

• Guide patients through treatment and home exercise programs.

• Supervise assistants and track patient advancements.

• Focus on pain management within the care spectrum.

• Decide on patient discharge timing and offer post-treatment guidance.

• Ensure documentation is timely and accurate.

• Contribute to a productive work environment.

• Engage in research and protocol development.

• Offer insights into policy and procedural development.

• Manage patient feedback and address complaints efficiently.

• Stay current with the latest physical therapy research and practices. Work Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling available within clinic operational hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of around $80,000.

• Additional profit sharing and bonuses ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 yearly.
