Signature Healthcare is hiring for a Full Time Physical Therapist for Rehab Services in Brockton, MA.

Physical Therapist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, evaluate each patient referred, completing a full initial evaluation appropriate to patient's diagnosis according to established procedure and physician order. Make recommendations and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals.

• Collaborate as a member of the patient care team

• Provide supervision to COTAs as needed.

• Provide clinical supervision to affiliating students under guidelines established by the participating educational institutions. May participate in the mentoring program.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidate must be Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certified
