Job Duties
Manage the Physical Plant functions through provision of a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance program and scheduled services designed to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations and ordinances.
This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. All SEVTC positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested.
Knowledge and experience with large facility maintenance practices. Considerable ability to operate and design computerized maintenance management systems.
Through understanding of local, state and federal regulatory requirements for residential and office building operations. Thorough understanding of operations in a medical residential facility of 75+ beds.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have management experience in large facilities, medical residential facility and office building operations, construction and maintenance.

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience,
