Under the direction of the site principal, the physical education teacher will work with at assigned schools to support the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities, effective instructional strategies and curriculum for physical education, based on California P.E. Applicant must possess and maintain CA credential: Single Subject Physical Education w/EL Authorization Subject Matter Competency (CSET, NTE, or MSAT) Basic Skills Requirement Copy of Transcripts

Comments and Other Information
Physical Education • Knowledge of appropriate curriculum in physical education • Knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize essential elements of instruction and a variety of teaching strategies effective for this program • Possess skills in classroom management and discipline • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues • Possess knowledge and experience in meeting needs of special education and ESL students • Interest in using technology in instruction • Engage in adjunct duties as assigned • Digital multimedia skills preferred • The Physical Education Teacher will work with at assigned schools to support the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities, effective instructional strategies and curriculum for physical education, based on California P.E.
