Plevna School is actively seeking a (K-12) P.E Teacher for the 2024-2025 School Year.  We will accept anyone interested that holds a BA degree in education.

Although we prefer a certified P.E. Teacher we also understand the teacher shortage and are willing to work with anyone with a degree to find that person for our TEAM at Plevna School.

This position involves running our P.E./Health/Weight Training classes.  Coaching positions are available.

We are a small rural school located 12 miles north of Baker, MT, and 65 miles southeast of Miles City, MT.  We have a small student body consisting of 24 (9-12) students, 20 (6-8) students, and 60 (K-12) students.

  We boast a 5:1 student/teacher ratio.  We are a farming/ranching community with great kids. 

We offer a very generous compensation package.  Our base salary is 36K.

  Our salary range is 36K-72K.  We allow teachers to bring in up to 18 years of experience depending on where you fall on the salary scale.  A copy of our Master Agreement is located on our website www.plevnacougars.com.

  We offer a $1,000 signing bonus paid on your first day of work.  We provide full family health insurance with zero dollars out of pocket.  We also put $3,000 in an HSA annually for each employee.  We provide district housing for $300/month and will be going to a 4-Day School Week for the 2024-2025 school year.
