You will drive our collaborative process; connecting the dots between Content Strategists, UX, Designers and Developers in a fast-paced, challenging environment to create and optimize digital user experiences. We're looking for someone with an energy to excite others; to provide the direction to take us to the next level and a genuine passion for design. Qualities we're looking for in a Designer: * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch * 2-4 years of previous experience in the web design space * Possess a thorough understanding of design principles and layout strategy * Passion for your craft, with an appetite to continue to challenge yourself and those around you * A team player with a positive outlook and an entrepreneurial spirit * Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and using modern front-end libraries/framework A sense of humor helps too. We've got an incredible campus, tons of amenities, and a casual, often ridiculous, culture. This is the kind of environment where you'll crack up about something with someone at least once a day. A place where your work friends become actual friends. We work hard and produce an absurd amount of creative content, and yet it never feels that way. Because we're having fun. How We Work: * Iterate - Red tape doesn't get in our way. We believe that "Speed Trumps Perfection" so we test daily. * Autonomy – Aspiring entrepreneurs succeed here because you will have full-ownership over your work from beginning to end. * Collaborate – Better than making the dream work, teamwork makes the design work. Through open work-space, Slack and peer reviews, our teams work together to build amazing solutions. * Innovate – With the belief that "Everything is Written in Pencil", we encourage our teams to test new experiences, learn new languages and challenge the "status quo" to make us better.
