Savage X Fenty is looking for a Photographer.

How do you fit in?

This position plays an integral role in the visual execution of all image content at Savage X Fenty. We are building an engaging, inclusive and unique online shopping experience for our customers through fashion, still life photography and video. The person perfect for this role will have a love of fun, an eye for lighting and brings a can do spirit to everything they do. We are obsessed with innovating on behalf of our customers, and want to push beyond the boundaries of everyday e-commerce photography and videography.

This role will report to the Senior Producer.

What you will do:

• 3-4 years of on-set experience required. In-house studio or agency experience is required.
• Obsession with delighting our customers.
• Comfortable working autonomously to build systems and improve processes.
• Can do attitude, bringing an energy and enthusiasm to set.
• Professional photography portfolio that demonstrates an expert-level knowledge of digital photography, including lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast paced, team player setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other team members.
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
• Is willing and able to work within On Figure and Off Figure studio needs based on volume and peak times.
• High-level proficiency with the industry-standard software tools (Photo Shop and Capture One) and ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
• Proficiency with color management policies.
• High-level proficiency with DSLR functionality (both still and video) as well as all standard studio lighting techniques and traditional grip practice.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

What you can bring:

• Work in the studio under the direction of the VP of Creative both independently and alongside art directors and stylists capturing digital images of product while managing equipment maintenance.
• Maintain photography style guides for Savage X Fenty photo studio.
• Responsible for accurate completion of shot lists, file naming, processing, slight retouching and organization of digital files.
• Photograph Editorial, ecommerce product on-figure and laydown still life for Ecom, paid ads and social needs.
• Create and maintain a comfortable atmosphere for talent and crew on set and represent the brand in a professional and respectful manner.
• Understand the needs of each marketing vehicle and "best practices" to develop creative that will have the greatest impact to our customer.
• Work closely with the VP Creative and Art Directors to identify new ways to shoot photography that will create agility and flexibility in the monthly pipeline of asset needs.
• Produce the highest quality photography/video for all Savage X Fenty product categories and uses.
• Partner very closely with the VP Creative and Art Directors to understand the seasonal vision and "big idea" per month. Execute photography and video assets to support that vision.
• Upload digital files to all correct channels on a daily basis.
• Proactively identify challenges in workflow or process and use critical thinking to provide the VP Creative and Senior Producer with potential solutions to innovate our processes.
• Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
• Partner with manager, photographers, stylists, art directors, product coordinator and sample manager to ensure production expectations are met.
• Help develop techniques and best practices for shooting new categories/projects.
• Collect and analyze data and testing solutions for process improvements and new initiatives around photography/video insights.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,640-$88,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
