State Credit Union is seeking applicants for a Full Time Member Service Representative located in a phone center environment. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive incoming member calls, determine the nature of their request, and either process the request or direct the call to the appropriate person or department for assistance.

  • Process member transaction requests;

  • Answer member account inquiries. Performs basic error corrections on accounts.

  • Cross-sell products and services as well as strive to meet goals for service, quality, and productivity of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Have professional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Applicants should have at least 1 year customer service experience. Experience in a financial institution preferred.

  • Candidates are required to be well organized, have the ability to efficiently multi-task, possess good computer skills, and be able to consistently handle difficult member issues.
