About the Job
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
College degree (BA or BS) in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other highly related field is required.
At least three years' experience in healthcare, specifically managed care. Experience in health care contract negotiations preferred.
Prior experience working with all levels of organization including senior management and physicians.
Strong project management, quantitative and analytical skills particularly in projecting and monitoring payer net revenue on the basis of existing revenue and cost data.
Strong PC skills required.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Capable of working toward specific strategic objectives and managing deadlines.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
