Statement of Purpose:# Under the supervision of the Lab Support Manager, the primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:##oversight and management of phlebotomy staff, Lab Support Coordinators, Hill Lab Support staff, and phlebotomy per diem pool; work with Coordinators and Co-Supervisors to schedule personnel; performance evaluations of Support staff including any disciplinary actions; work with Lab Managers in a team approach;##assist with writing of, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for phlebotomy staff; hire and train new employees; maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: 1.# Education:# High School Diploma or Equivalent.# Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology to be qualified for ASCP registration is preferred. 2.# Certification / License:# Phlebotomy training required; ASCP or eligible; valid Driver#s license 3.# Experience:# 5 # 10 years phlebotomy experience preferred; 1-2 years managing or supervisory experience preferred. # #

Qualifications:
