Phlebotomy Supervisor position available in the Lexington, KY market. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred with a minimum of 2 yrs phlebotomy experience.
Will supervise the activities of 20-25 phlebotomy staff members in physician's offices and Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures. Will be responsible for monitoring wait times, ensuring patient satisfaction at both Patient Service Centers and physician's offices, partnering with sales and management team members to ensure client satisfaction, completing performance reviews, time-keeping, partnering with human resources members for employee related issues, ensuring that all employees meet training and certification requirements. Will also assist with new location set-ups, manage vacation requests, and other assigned duties.
Hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday however, this is an exempt position and as such supervisors can expect that overtime will occur on a regular basis.
License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred w/1-3 years of experience in related field. Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
