Professional Expert Qualifications > Certified phlebotomy technician (CPT I or CPT II) with 3 years of experience in the previous 5 years OR > Physician assistant (PA), Registered nurse (RN), or Person licensed under Chapter 3 of the California Business and Professions Code OR > Respiratory care practitioner (RCP) with 2 years' experience in the previous 5 years OR Certificated Teacher Qualifications > Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching Credential: Health Science and Medical Technology OR > Designated Subjects Adult Education Teaching Credential: Health Science and Medical Technology AND > One of the Professional Expert Qualifications above
