Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Phlebotomy Coordinator takes requests from departments and affiliated medical facilities to schedule appointments for collection of specimens. This individual records accurate information in website databases for the Marshfield Clinic Health System to utilize within established timeframes and guidelines. The Phlebotomy Coordinator must provide accurate information for billing procedures and maintaining records required by federal, state or organizational guidelines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred/Optional: Successful completion of a medical terminology course and post-secondary courses related to health care.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Experience with customer service. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred/Optional: Two years' experience with customer service within a healthcare organization.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Will provide controlled processes and procedures to ensure department goals and objectives are being obtained.</p><p>Job Description</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li><p>Reinforce Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all pricing associates.</p></li><li><p>Provide consistent practices within the pricing software that supports Festival Foods price image. Investigate and resolve inaccuracies; respond with clear and honest feedback.</p></li><li><p>Maintain adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers when necessary</p></li><li><p>Coach and train all new pricing associates on the policies and procedures pertaining to the execution of department standards. This includes, but is not limited to, SMS pricing software, pricing handhelds and Nexgen 365.</p></li><li><p>Be an active participant in Performance and Development Summary and annual goal setting for yourself and members of the pricing team.</p></li><li><p>Communicate and collaborate with the Pricing Support Team to keep the pricing manual and sign program current.</p></li><li><p>Finalize and approve weekly work schedule for pricing associates Write and execute weekly department schedule based on department needs. Annual weekly hours will be supplied by the business.</p></li><li><p>Document violations of company policies/procedures by pricing associates and conduct appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination</p></li><li><p>Hold department managers and vendors accountable for meeting pricing standards within your store. Work directly with department manager and Store Director to ensure Standard Operating Plans are being executed.</p></li><li><p>Review verification results on a weekly basis to determine where gaps may exist. Address any incorrect stocking issues with corresponding department manager. Communicate results to Pricing Support Team.</p></li><li><p>Assist guests with finding items they are looking for while on the sales floor</p></li><li><p>Address guest concerns and resolve issues when a guest is not satisfied.</p></li><li><p>Use the Boomerang Basics to coach and develop all team members, and to prepare associates for advancement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to overall cleanliness of the department by picking up, organizing, and cleaning work areas.</p></li><li><p>Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences</p></li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
