10% 4. Cross trains in other non-phlebotomy skills to help out in the Laboratory. Goes to Outreach

10% 5. Promotes patient safety by compliance with Organizational/Departmental policies and procedures as well as all regulatory agencies.
B. Experience: Phlebotomy experience preferred
C. Other Skills:Must have driver's license, vehicle in good operating condition and proof of adequate automobile insurance, BLS Certification required, excellent interpersonal and team building skills
