Providence is calling a (Per Diem, Variable Shift) Phlebotomist to Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA.
In this position you will:
Report to the Phlebotomy Coordinator who reports to the General Laboratory Supervisor
Be responsible for obtaining samples from patients, transport them to the Laboratory and prepare them for testing
Perform simple non-interpretative testing under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Required qualifications for this position include:
California Phlebotomy Certificate
Current LA City Fire Card within 90 days of hire
Practical experience with adults, pediatrics and neonatal phlebotomy
