Join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative and make a positive impact on patients' lives. As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers. Your expertise and compassionate demeanor will create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients. Demonstrate leadership skills and a commitment to process excellence. Maintain a safe and professional work environment.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment Strong customer service skills Proficiency in keyboard/data entry Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits:
