We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team in Commerce Township, MI. As a PSR II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient blood specimen collection while creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures and protocols. Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling. Provide excellent customer service, building trust and confidence with patients.

Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and supervisors.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Strong customer service skills and experience in a retail or service environment. Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
