This is a 3-month contract position offering onsite work. Responsibilities As a Patient Services Representative II, you will: Draw quality blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Create a welcoming and trusting atmosphere for patients Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence Adhere to strict confidentiality and accuracy standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment Strong customer service skills Proficiency in keyboard/data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Benefits Competitive compensation Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund About The Company:
