Onsite Location: Wilmington, NC Job Description As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients seeking vital health information. Your primary responsibilities include:

Patient Interaction: Building trust and confidence with patients while explaining procedures and drawing blood samples accurately and safely. Specimen Handling:

Preparing blood samples for lab testing according to established protocols. Quality Assurance: Ensuring patient information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and achieve team goals. Key Requirements: Phlebotomy Skills:

Proven expertise in phlebotomy techniques, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and recordkeeping. Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Certification: Preferred phlebotomy certification (required in certain states). Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Prior experience in a patient service center environment is preferred.

Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is advantageous. Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety guidelines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
